Krystian Wodniok, an artist from Upper Silesia, visited Bolesławiec for the third time. He was also delighted by its beauty.
The works presented at the exhibition are oil paintings in which the artist has captured the beauty of Polish landscapes, historic manor houses and roadside shrines. Some of the works depict the landscapes of the Croatian coast, where the artist enjoys spending his holidays. The exhibition also includes a reference to our city: one of the paintings depicts the Bolesławiec Basilica of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
Among the guests were representatives of the city authorities: Kornel Filipowicz – Deputy Mayor, Jerzy Zieliński – City Secretary, and Agnieszka Gergont, the mayor’s spokesperson.
The exhibition of paintings can be viewed daily until 30 June in the Długa Gallery of BOK-MCC.
