Preparations to establish a Children's University are underway in Bolesławiec. A Children's University is an idea that is becoming increasingly popular in Europe and around the world. Children aged 6–12 have the opportunity to participate in lectures in various fields of science, given by university professors and experts in their respective fields. In a university lecture hall, in an academic atmosphere and with student ID cards in hand, they can ask hundreds of questions about matters that concern them—questions that parents often do not have time to answer or do not know the answers to. Classes as part of the University will be conducted by academic lecturers and enriched with slides and presentations—in an interesting way that is also adapted to the age of the young students.
