On Thursday, May 2, at noon, the flag will be ceremonially raised on a flagpole in the Market Square. The celebrations of the Flag Day of the Republic of Poland will be enhanced by the 23rd Artillery Regiment.

On Friday, May 3, at 11:30 a.m., the Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Help at Zamkowy Square will host a Solemn Holy Mass for the Homeland, followed by a Polish Concert based on the poetry of Czesław Miłosz and Rev. Jan Twardowski. Mieczysław Franaszek, an actor at Teatr Polski in Poznań, will perform. The program will include, among others, the works: In My Homeland, A Song About Porcelain, Clouds, Ode for the Birthday of John Paul II, After, What Was Great. The artist will be accompanied by cellist Anna Szul.
