At the next session of the Bolesławiec City Council, to be held on 27 March, councillors will decide whether to adopt a resolution “on providing in-kind assistance to the Lower Silesian Voivodeship”. If the legal act enters into force, the Municipality of Bolesławiec will cover half of the investment costs for the project entitled “Construction of traffic lights in Bolesławiec along voivodeship road no. 297 at the intersection of Łokietka, Garncarska, Gdańska and Kubika streets” (PLN 130,000 will be secured in the city budget for this purpose).

This resolution concerns the conclusion of an agreement between the Lower Silesian Voivodeship and the Municipality of Bolesławiec on providing in-kind assistance to the Lower Silesian Voivodeship and entrusting the Municipality of Bolesławiec with the implementation of the task “Construction of traffic lights in Bolesławiec along voivodeship road no. 297 at the intersection of Łokietka, Garncarska, Gdańska and Kubika streets” – a task to be carried out under the design-and-build formula. As part of the in-kind assistance, the municipality will cover 50% of the costs of preparing the design documentation, carrying out the construction works, and author’s and investor’s supervision. The remaining 50% of the costs will be financed by the Lower Silesian Voivodeship.
