The aerobics program for the youngest participants aims to improve children’s fitness, strength and physical ability. The classes not only support their harmonious development, but also aid memory, develop imagination and creative thinking, teach them to recognize emotions, and shape their ability to cooperate in a group. Children’s aerobics is based on simple steps and exercises that strengthen individual muscle groups. The instructor is Agnieszka Podłaszczyk.
Group I – children aged 4–6
Classes for children aged 4 to 6 take place twice a week, on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 to 11:00, at the BOK-MCC dance studio.
The youngest group’s first class begins on April 10. We particularly recommend these classes to parents whose children do not attend preschool. During the classes, parents can join in the exercises performed by their children.
Group II – schoolchildren aged 6 and over
Classes for school-age children take place every Tuesday from 15:00 to 16:00. The first meeting is on April 9 at 15:00 at the BOK-MCC dance studio (first floor).
All classes are free of charge. Places are limited. Registration is available at the Tourist and Cultural Information Point in the “Forum” cinema building until April 8, 2013.
