The new social housing buildings are located at the end of Kościuszki Street. They are single-storey buildings containing eight one-room apartments and four two-room apartments. In total, they offer almost 425 m² of living space. The apartments are partially equipped—they include, among other things, stoves, portable cookers and sinks.
Construction of the apartments began in October last year. The construction cost, including the preparation of the documentation, amounted to PLN 732,000. Construction of another fourteen social housing apartments is due to begin soon. They will also be located on Kościuszki Street.
