The incident occurred on aleja Tysiąclecia in Bolesławiec after 5 p.m., near Chumed. A teenage motorcyclist hit a man. According to witnesses, the man was not crossing at the pedestrian crossing, but several metres beyond it. Had he stepped onto the crossing, he would have been visible. However, the man emerged from behind a tree, and the young motorcyclist did not have time to brake.
An ambulance took the injured man to hospital. The motorcyclist was unharmed, although he will also be examined in the Emergency Department.
