The athletes from the Bolesławiec club reached the podium five times. In the elite category, first place went to Piotr Formicki. Łukasz Ryż came third in this category. Tomasz Starzyk won bronze in the youth category. Anna Kuniej took second place in the girls’ category. Szymon Paszek won the masters category. Two athletes from Bolesławiec also achieved high fourth places: Dominik Broniszewski in the masters category and Bartosz Suwald among the youth competitors. The winners received ceramic cups, certificates, and cash and material prizes.

The Saturday competition was well organized. The weather was also favorable. The only drawback was the small number of spectators, which is surprising given the prestige of the event and the presence of many decorated athletes. The races were held in wooded areas next to an Orlen fuel station and the Muszkieterów Shopping Centre. The race course was not easy. The highly varied terrain, protruding tree roots, steep descents, and climbs provided a demanding test of fitness and reflexes for all the competitors.

The International Mountain Bike MTB Race was organized by the Municipal Sports and Recreation Centre. The event was co-organized by the Cyklosport Bolesławiec Cycling Group and Landratsamt Bautzen. The event received funding from the European Union, the Nysa Euroregion, and the Municipality of Bolesławiec. Boleslawiec.org was the race’s media patron.
