Competition Matma Mnie Kręci has enjoyed extraordinary popularity for years. The number of films submitted shows how much the younger generation values this field of study. Participants are tasked with creating a short film in which they present what fascinates them most about mathematics.
The films take part in an online vote, after which the final decision will be made by a jury consisting of mathematicians and filmmakers. The entries will be judged according to criteria such as originality, graphic design, sound, commitment to the project and the promotion of mathematics. The winner of the first prize will receive PLN 10,000.
