Participants competed in five age categories: KM 1 (born in 1994 and later), KM 2 (born in 1993–92), KM 3 (born in 1991–89), KM 4 (born in 1988–87), and KM 5 (born in 1974 and earlier). In the KM 1 category, races were held over 60 and 600 metres. Bogdan Markowski was the fastest over both distances. His times were 12''80 and 3'54''50, respectively.
In the KM 2 category, competitors took part in four events: the 60- and 600-metre races, long jump and palant-ball throw. Natalia Jałowiecka was the best in the 60-metre race, with a time of 9''40. Katarzyna Jankowska was the fastest over 600 metres, recording 2'09''60. Paulina Olszowy achieved the best long-jump result at 4.25 m. Vanessa Piotrowska threw the palant ball the farthest, reaching 32.8 m.
Five events were held in the KM 3 category. Agnieszka Janicka won the women's 100-metre race in 14''30. Among the men, Tomasz Król scored the maximum number of points, with a time of 12''20. Ewelina Walczak was the best in the 600-metre race, recording 1'58''80. Agata Nabożna won the women's high jump after clearing 155 cm. Among the men, Jacek Nabożny scored 15 points with a result of 165 cm. Joanna Hryń scored the maximum number of points in the shot put with a throw of 7.90 m. Wiktor Niezgodziński achieved the best men's result, throwing 12.70 m. Joanna Gerwatowska recorded 24.80 m in the javelin throw. In the men's event, Wiktor Niezgodziński was the best, with a result of 52.60 m.
Competitors took part in five events in the KM 4 category. Łukasz Bigos was the fastest in the 100-metre race, with a time of 12''00. Wojciech Kolanek won the high jump after clearing 180 cm. The same competitor also achieved the best long-jump result, at 5.95 m. Małgorzata Wojciechowska scored the maximum number of points in the shot put with a result of 7.91 m. In the javelin throw, the same competitor recorded 28.20 m. Mateusz Świca achieved the best men's shot-put result, throwing 13.54 m. Mariusz Rudyk was the best in the javelin throw, with a result of 45.50 m.
Only one event was held in the KM 5 category. Jacek Kuś scored the maximum number of points in the javelin throw, recording 45.00 m.
