The Parish of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary and St. Nicholas, a partner in the “Social Revitalization – Take the Chance” program, organized an event called “»Hey, Family Is OK« – the Baked Potato Festival”.
During the event, which took place on September 22, the following activities were held, among others:
- theatrical activities – workshops for children aged 7–13
- themed competitions, “Potato Oddities”
- sports competitions for children and parents
- “On the Threshold of Adulthood” – workshops with young people aged 15–18, devoted to the problems and challenges of becoming adults
- advice and talks, “Agreement in the Family” (workshops for parents).
The event was attended by children participating in the activities of the preventive care club, together with their siblings, parents and guardians.
The event was organized as part of the “Social Revitalization – Take the Chance” program, implemented under the Human Capital Operational Programme, Priority I – Employment and Social Integration, Measure 1.2 – System support for social assistance and social integration institutions. The project is co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund.
