Police officers from the Criminal Division of the District Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec and the Police Stations in Nowogrodziec and Kruszyn, as a result of wide-ranging operations, recovered four stolen vehicles. The value of the recovered property exceeds PLN 200,000. Three cars were found in a car chop shop in Bolesławiec County. As a result of searching utility and residential rooms, police officers also discovered a number of parts for Audi, BMW and Volkswagen cars.
Preliminary identification indicates that the parts also came from cars previously stolen in Poland and Germany. One of the recovered vehicles had already had various pieces of equipment partially dismantled. Police officers secured, among other things, keys to various vehicles, fuel tanks, car radios, registration plates and car seats. The items will now undergo detailed identification. Officers are clarifying all the circumstances of the case.
