The opening of the exhibition of works by Czesław Matyjewicz will take place on Thursday, 6 September, at the Michał Twerd Gallery at II General Secondary School in Bolesławiec. The well-known artist will present, among other works, drawings and watercolours from 1977–87. According to the artist, these works show “a very personal record of reality from the years of youth – pages from a fragmentarily existing and tangled diary”.
The exhibition is intended as a tribute to the teachers and all the artist’s spiritual guides. It begins at 17:00. Admission is free.
