The incident occurred during the night of August 24–25 on Chrobrego Street. The taxi driver failed to adjust his speed to the road conditions, skidded and hit a 31-year-old woman from Bolesławiec who was crossing at a pedestrian crossing.
The woman was taken to hospital. As we managed to establish, the injured woman suffered only minor injuries. The taxi driver was sober.

The man shown in the photos was not involved in the collision. He was drunk, walked into the street and fell over. He was not hit by anyone.
