RD Bud has completed work on the construction of the building’s structure. Windows will be installed soon, followed by work on fitting the glass façade, while the interiors of the shopping gallery will be finished.
“Bolesławiec City Center” will be the first shopping centre in our city. The gallery is located in the very heart of Bolesławiec, on Asnyka Street. It has three floors, more than 8,000 sq m of usable space and nearly 5,000 sq m of retail and service space. The building is planned to house a grocery market, an electronics store and 40 boutiques of well-known Polish and international brands, including Rossman, CCC and Reserved.
The gallery is scheduled to open in November.
