The incident occurred on Monday, June 25, at a railway crossing in Bolesławiec, at the intersection of Modłowa Street and the bypass. At around 9:00 a.m., the driver of a Seat failed to exercise due caution and drove into a freight train. The train pushed the passenger car several dozen metres. Fortunately, trains travel there at a low speed. Despite this, the driver can consider herself very lucky. Neither she nor the child in the car seat was injured.
Police are determining the cause of the collision.
