The Jelenia Góra Zone Championships for Upper-Secondary Schools in Girls’ Beach Volleyball have come to an end. The team from Kamienna Góra, made up of: Kinga Kwiatek, Aleksandra Lipień and Magdalena Gredes, proved to be the best. The champion team is coached by Maciej Latawiec. The volleyball players from II Liceum Ogólnokształcące in Bolesławiec took second place: Dominika Mienculewicz and Zofia Lenkiewicz (their coach is Piotr Napiórkowski). The team from Mirsk finished third.
The two best teams advanced to the regional final. The competition was organized by the Inter-School Sports Centre, which operates within the structures of the County Centre for Education and Staff Training in Bolesławiec.
