The opening of the “Her & Her” exhibition took place on Friday, April 20, at the Gallery of the II General Secondary School in Bolesławiec. Approximately 60 people attended the opening of the exhibition.

The well-known Bolesławiec artist Janina Sarzyńska presented the watercolours “Conversations of Grasses,” about which she wrote: “these are conversations that never took place, yet exist; they are a look, a touch, a scent, being at a distance.” Meanwhile, Dominika Kustosz, J. Sarzyńska’s daughter in private life, presented pencil drawings made in the studio of Prof. Joanna Imielska (ASP Poznań), as well as oil paintings created in the studio of Prof. Seunghee Chung at Ewha Woman's University in Seoul.

The exhibition was opened at the initiative of Mirosław Sakowski, director of II LO. It is Janina Sarzyńska’s thirty-first exhibition and her daughter’s first exhibition. “I am very happy that Dominika’s first exhibition took place in Bolesławiec,” Sarzyńska said during the opening.

Dominika Kustosz was not present at the opening of the “Her & Her” exhibition. A letter from the artist, who is currently studying in South Korea, was read by her friend Iwona Mucha.
