Our Reader drew attention to the problem. Vandals – because they certainly are not outstanding graffiti artists – damaged the façade of the building on Jana Pawła II Street in Bolesławiec with their scribbles. If the losses turn out to exceed PLN 250, the perpetrators may face trial for a crime punishable by up to 5 years in prison.
Zenon Potocki of the “Bolesławianka” Housing Cooperative assured us that the eyesores will be painted over this spring.
