The BKS Bobrzanie footballers’ away trip to Jeżów Sudecki on Saturday did not go as planned. In the 19th-round match, the Bolesławiec team lost 3–0 (2–0) to Lotnik. The first goal for the home team came in the 23rd minute. Hobgarski took advantage of the scramble in front of goal and put the ball into the BKS net. In the 42nd minute, Lotnik were already 2–0 up. This time, Suchanecki produced an effective shot under the crossbar. In the second half, BKS “opened up”. The Bolesławiec team’s attacking play was exploited by the home side, who scored a third goal on the counterattack. In the 86th minute, Kocot added his name to the scoresheet and set the final score at 3–0 to Lotnik.
BKS played an attractive match (build-up play, possession and passing), but were completely ineffective when it came to the final result. The Bolesławiec team had several scoring opportunities but failed to beat the home goalkeeper even once. The hosts were clinical, and the three points stayed in Jeżów. In the next round, BKS will host Victoria Ruszów.
