The Municipal Transport Company in Bolesławiec purchased seven new Solaris Alpino buses. On November 17 of last year, four of them were handed over. Now the remaining three have taken to the streets of our city. The purchase of all the buses cost more than PLN 6.1 million, of which more than PLN 4.2 million was funding from European Union funds.
All the Solaris buses are low-floor, and a deployable platform enables wheelchair access. Each bus can carry up to 60 passengers. What is more, the safety of travelers is monitored by a surveillance system.
