Intense snowfall surprised road workers and truck drivers. The latter are experiencing the greatest problems. Trucks are slipping on uphill sections and obstructing traffic on provincial road no. 297, in the area of: Suszki, Dąbrowa and Stara Oleszna. The District Roads Authority, responsible for maintaining this road, reports that the road is being maintained in accordance with the applicable standards. On the A4 motorway, a car skidded and hit a barrier. Fortunately, nothing serious happened.
The motorway is passable. The police appeal to drivers to adjust their speed to the conditions on the roads.
