On January 27–29, the Indoor Polish Junior and U18 Athletics Championships were held in Spała. Two female athletes represented the Międzyszkolny Klub Sportowy Bolesłavia at the competition. The closest to the podium was Ewa Ochocka. The athlete coached by Małgorzata Markowska qualified for the 60 m final with a time of 8.10, where she set a personal best (7.90) and finished fourth. She missed the bronze medal by just 0.05 seconds.
Bolesłavia’s second representative, Beata Dąbal, finished seventh in the women’s junior shot put competition with a result of 11.33. The Istotne.pl editorial team congratulates the athletes and wishes them further success in the summer season.
