The celebrations of Constitution Day will begin at 12:30 with a gathering in Bolesławiec’s Market Square. President Piotr Roman will deliver a commemorative speech. At 1:00 p.m., a Mass for the Homeland will be celebrated beneath the Millennium Cross. In the evening, at 6:00 p.m., a May 3 concert will be held in the Forum hall.
On the occasion of the upcoming holiday, the city president asked residents to display national flags on that day.
