On Tuesday, October 11, a solemn Mass was held in Kraków-Łagiewniki, celebrated by the national OHP chaplain, Rev. Jarosław Sroka, and Cardinal Stanisław Dziwisz, Metropolitan Archbishop of Kraków. During the service Jolanta Zajączkowska, head of the Małopolska Provincial OHP Headquarters, read the Act of Entrusting the Voluntary Labour Corps to Blessed John Paul II, while provincial commanders of the Labour Corps and directors of the Education and Upbringing Centres received from Cardinal Dziwisz the acts granting patronage.
Young people from the Bolesławiec Voluntary Labour Corps took part in the Mass.
