From 23 to 25 September, the Polish Orienteering Championships were held in Ogrodzieniec (Silesian Voivodeship). Seven competitors from UKS Tukan Iwiny represented our county. The bronze medals in the night race were won by: Małgorzata Szeliga (in the K-18 category) and Marek Wojnowicz (M-20). Our other representatives also performed well. Bartek Szeliga (M-16) finished seventh, Wojciech Pachnik (M-20) eighth, Dominika Burdyna (K-16) tenth, and Mariusz Wojnowicz (M-18) eleventh.

In the classic-distance competition, Małgorzata came closest to winning a medal, finishing fifth. Wojciech finished sixth, while Marek finished seventh.
