AIESEC is an organisation that has enabled young people to go on international internships for over 60 years. The association operates in as many as 107 countries around the world. AIESEC student exchanges are a great way to combine a passion for travel with gaining experience that is highly valued by employers.
Applications can be submitted by 25 September 2011 on the association’s website: pwr.aiesec.pl. The recruitment process is simple – first, you submit an application, then wait for an interview with an organisation member and complete mandatory training. After that, all you have to do is find the internship or volunteering opportunity of your dreams in an industry, country and period that interest you.
Travelling to an unfamiliar place while working in an international environment is not only a fulfilment of aspirations but also great fun. In addition to knowledge, skills and experience, young people gain an incredible adventure, the opportunity to discover new cultures and traditions, new friendships, contacts with people from all over the world and improved proficiency in a foreign language.
To ensure the high quality of internships, AIESEC cooperates with many organisations and companies around the world. Thanks to them, a person undertaking an internship or volunteering receives care and support throughout its duration.
