On the route of the fourth stage of the 83rd Tour de Pologne, running from Żagań to Karpacz, the world’s best cyclists passed through the municipalities of Osiecznica and Nowogrodziec, attracting considerable interest from local residents.
Thanks to the footage prepared by Stefańczyk Studio, we can see what the peloton’s passage through Zebrzydowa looked like. There was no shortage of fans along the route, taking the opportunity to watch up close the competition between riders participating in a UCI WorldTour race.
As a reminder, the cyclists passed through Świętoszów, Osiecznica, Zebrzydowa, Nowogrodziec and Gościszów before heading towards Lubań. Temporary traffic restrictions were in force along the route for several minutes, supervised by the police and the services securing the race.
The fourth stage of this year’s Tour de Pologne was the event’s first mountain stage and covered 175.5 kilometres. The riders competed on a demanding route leading to Karpacz.
