A new song and music video by two rappers from Nowogrodziec – JotGie and Frist – have debuted online. The track, titled “Już tu byłeś”, promotes their joint album and, as the artists themselves emphasize, combines the atmosphere of classic hip-hop with elements of modern sounds.
The artists wrote about their latest production:
@fristprodukcja and @jotgie_jogas invite you to watch the video promoting their joint album. The song is titled “Już tu byłeś” and has the feel of old-school hip-hop with a touch of new school. Frist is responsible for the production, while the recording was made in Wałbrzych at studioM23.
The music video, filmed in Legnica, was directed by Klaudia Wierzbicka.
This is another joint production by the two hip-hop artists. A year ago, a music video for the song “Po Latach” was released online, with Frist responsible for the production and JotGie recording a guest verse. Even then, they announced that their collaboration would not end with a single project.
JotGie said at the time:
The title of the track is no coincidence, because after almost 10 years we had the opportunity to meet again. Patryk (Frist) played me several of his productions (beats), and we decided that I would record a guest verse.
And he assured:
The collaboration will continue.
The latest release shows that the announcements made a year ago have come to fruition. “Już tu byłeś” is another joint project by JotGie and Frist, now available to listeners together with its music video.
