The auction was launched at exactly 9:00 by Lower Silesian Voivode Stanisław Łopatowski. Six companies entered the bidding. The opening bid for the computer equipment for the office was 296,000 złoty. One of the companies submitted an offer of 200,000 złoty. Thanks to the online auction, the Voivodeship Office saved almost 100,000 złoty.
Voivode Stanisław Łopatowski announced that, starting today, all tenders for purchases of up to EUR 60,000 would be conducted electronically. An electronic auction ensures broad access for contractors, significantly reduces purchasing costs, limits the bureaucracy involved in organizing a tender and, most importantly, eliminates suspicion of corruption.
