The District Court in Bolesławiec has received a prosecutor’s motion seeking a conviction of Adrian W., a resident of Raciborowice Dolne. The case concerns the online harassment of women, impersonating them on social media, and using their photographs to create fake accounts.

We were the first at istotne.pl to write about the dangerous stalker from the Bolesławiec area. In April, we described the accounts of women who said they had been harassed, insulted and humiliated online for years. According to their accounts, the perpetrator allegedly used fake accounts, published sexually charged content, stole photographs, and impersonated the victims on social networking and dating websites.

A document obtained by our editorial team shows that on June 19, 2026, the District Prosecutor’s Office in Złotoryja submitted to the District Court in Bolesławiec a motion for a conviction to be issued at a hearing. The motion concerns acts under Article 190a of the Criminal Code, namely persistent harassment and impersonating another person.

According to the prosecutor’s findings, between 2025 and April 2026, Adrian W. allegedly used photographs of the women who were victims, created fake accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and other websites, and then published insulting, sexually charged content. The Prosecutor’s Office indicates that these actions were intended to cause the victims to feel threatened and humiliated and to violate their privacy.

The document describes two female victims. In one case, the man allegedly published content insulting and defaming the woman and created accounts impersonating her. In the second case, he allegedly used another woman’s photographs, created fake profiles, and used them to spread false information about her private life, offer intimate relationships, and propose the sale of erotic photographs and videos.

The prosecutor requested a combined sentence of 10 months’ imprisonment, suspended for three years. The motion also included an obligation to apologize to the female victims in writing, a five-year ban on contacting them, the return of the physical evidence in the form of a mobile phone and computer, and an order to pay the costs of the proceedings.

The document also states that the suspect allegedly agreed to be convicted without a trial. The Prosecutor’s Office indicated that the evidence collected makes it possible to conclude that the circumstances of the case and the defendant’s guilt are beyond doubt. The final decision in the matter, however, will be made by the court.

In its justification, the Prosecutor’s Office states that the proceedings were initiated after notifications from the female victims. According to the document, Adrian W. allegedly admitted to the acts charged against him and agreed to voluntarily submit to punishment. The Prosecutor’s Office also noted that the man had previously been convicted, among other things, of offences under Article 212 § 2 of the Criminal Code, Article 244 of the Criminal Code and Article 190 § 1 of the Criminal Code.

The case is particularly significant because the women who contacted our editorial team had previously spoken of years of helplessness. Some of them claimed that earlier reports had ended in discontinuations because the perpetrator could not be identified. Only later did the victims themselves begin connecting the facts, analyzing the fake accounts and identifying the person whom they believed was behind the harassment.
