In the first half of 2026, nearly 750 reports were submitted via the National Security Threat Map in Bolesławiec County.
The largest number of reports concerned road traffic safety. Residents identified locations where the speed limit was exceeded more than 400 times. More than 100 reports concerned improper parking, while more than 30 referred to inadequate road infrastructure.
Reports concerning other threats also appeared on the map. Residents identified, among other things, illegal waste dumps, quad bike use in forest areas, cases of poaching, and stray dogs roaming freely.
We remind you that the National Security Threat Map is a tool enabling residents to report places and phenomena affecting the level of safety.
Through the National Security Threat Map (KMZB) you can report places where recurring threats or nuisances requiring intervention by the services occur.
The most frequently reported categories include:
- exceeding the speed limit,
- improper parking,
- consuming alcohol in prohibited places,
- using narcotic substances,
- acts of vandalism,
- illegal waste dumps,
- homelessness requiring the attention of the services,
- inadequate road infrastructure (e.g. damaged road signs),
- dangerous places on roads,
- groups of people disturbing public order,
- damage to greenery,
- stray dogs roaming freely,
- illegal car rallies,
- poaching,
- illegal tree felling,
- burning grass,
- road traffic irregularities (e.g. dangerous pedestrian crossings).
After submitting a report:
- You indicate the location on the map.
- You select the threat category.
- The Police verify the report.
- If the threat is confirmed, appropriate action is taken.
It should be remembered, however, that this application is not intended for reporting the need for urgent Police intervention. In such cases, use emergency number 112
