The construction of a new retail park in Bolesławiec at Tysiąclecia Avenue is being carried out by Scallier. The investment is being developed on the site of the former Tesco supermarket, which Scallier acquired jointly with a private investor. The project involves the comprehensive redevelopment and modernisation of the existing facility. The park is scheduled to open in September 2026. The retail park will have an area of 5,000 sq m, with the possibility of expanding by an additional 2,000 sq m.

“At the current stage, the retail park has already been fully leased. The investment attracted very strong interest from tenants. We signed the final agreement with ShockPrice, a new off-price store chain developed as part of the Modivo Platform, which will occupy premises measuring 1,700 sq m. All the brands present in the park will be making their debut in the Bolesławiec market, which will further increase the project’s appeal to customers,” says Wojciech Jurga, Managing Partner at Scallier.

After the opening, residents will be able to use the offerings of the brands ALDI, ShockPrice (We previously reported that it would be HalfPrice, but ultimately it will be a store operated by ShockPrice – editor’s note.) Action, Xtreme Fitness and the Dr Max pharmacy, which is already operating at this location.Dr Max. The investment will be complemented by a unattended Petroprix filling station.

One of the facility’s greatest advantages is its location by the national DK94 road, providing convenient access both for the more than 37,000 residents of Bolesławiec and for customers from nearby towns.
