The Lower Silesian Weekend Ticket has for years been one of the carrier’s most popular offers. It is a solution for those who do not want to plan every journey in advance. Passengers can get on and off anywhere, spontaneously change directions and make the most of their time. With a single ticket, they can travel on KD and Polregio trains not only throughout the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, but also beyond its borders to selected towns in the Lubusz, Greater Poland and Opole voivodeships, as well as abroad.

Mountains, spas and historic cities

Lower Silesia remains one of the country’s most geographically diverse tourist regions. Within a few hours, travellers can get from Wrocław to the resorts of the Karkonosze Mountains, the Stołowe Mountains or the Kłodzko Valley. Connections to Kłodzko, Kudowa-Zdrój, Szklarska Poręba, Legnica, Wałbrzych and Jelenia Góra are particularly popular. More and more tourists are also choosing trips to smaller towns, which make it possible to discover the region beyond the main tourist routes.

Importantly, the Lower Silesian Weekend Ticket also enables convenient cross-border travel. As part of the offer, passengers can reach, among other places, Görlitz in Germany, Harrachov in Czechia and Lichkov on the Czech side of the Śnieżnik Massif.

A quick trip outside Poland too

It is worth remembering that the Lower Silesian Weekend Ticket is also accepted by selected foreign and regional carriers, further expanding the possibilities for planning trips:

  • České dráhy (ČD) on the Szklarska Poręba Górna–Harrachov section;
  • Deutsche Bahn (DB) on the Zasieki–Forst (Lausitz)/Baršć (Łužyca) section;
  • Die Länderbahn (DLB) on the Zgorzelec–Görlitz section;
  • GW Train Regio (GWTR) on the Sędzisław–Lubawka–Královec and Mieroszów–Meziměstí sections;
  • Koleje Wielkopolskie (KW) on the Rawicz–Bojanowo section,
  • Leo Express Tenders (LET) on the Międzylesie–Lichkov section.

The next Lower Silesian Weekend Ticket will be valid from Wednesday, 3 June, at 6:00 p.m. until Monday, 8 June, at 6:00 a.m. This means nearly five days of unrestricted travel with no limit on the number of journeys for just PLN 59.

The Lower Silesian Weekend Ticket and other tickets are available for purchase online, at ticket offices and in mobile applications such as Koleo.
