A reader contacted the istotne.pl editorial office and drew attention to two abandoned cars located near Gałczyńskiego and Tysiąclecia streets, close to the Bolesławiec bypass.

The photos she sent show the vehicles standing opposite each other on the grounds in front of the allotment gardens. According to the resident, the cars have not been used for a long time and appear to have been abandoned.

Abandoned or unused vehicles occasionally become the subject of residents’ interventions. Such cars may occupy space, worsen the appearance of the surroundings and, in some cases, pose an environmental hazard if operating fluids leak.

When vehicles are left on public roads, in residential zones or traffic zones, they may be removed under road traffic regulations. However, if a car is located on private property, the procedure is more complicated and depends on the status of the property and the vehicle’s owner.

Have you noticed similar cases in other parts of Bolesławiec? We are waiting for your reports and photos.
