The incident took place on Wednesday, May 13, in the evening, in Kruszyn near Bolesławiec. Two cars collided there: a Hyundai and a Volkswagen.
According to the Bolesławiec police, the 46-year-old Hyundai driver, a resident of Lwówek County, was responsible for the incident because he failed to yield the right of way to the Volkswagen.
Fortunately, no one suffered any serious injuries. The incident was classified as a collision.
Officers are appealing for caution and good judgment on the road.
