Work on the construction of Vendo Park in Bolesławiec is clearly progressing. A photograph taken on May 3 shows not only the development site, but also specific elements of the commercial buildings under construction.
The structure of the large hall is the most visible feature. A section of its white-and-green façade, characteristic of the Leroy Merlin chain, has already appeared. This home-improvement and décor store is to be one of the main tenants of the emerging complex.
The structure of the second building can also be seen in the photograph. It is part of the shopping park, which is expected to house additional stores and service outlets. The entire complex is being built by the Bolesławiec bypass, in the vicinity of Staroszkolna Street.
Vendo Park Bolesławiec is to be one of the largest facilities of this type in the city. It was previously announced that the complex would include, among others, Biedronka, Media Expert, Rossmann, Maxi Zoo, Martes Sport, Pepco, DM Drogerie, Haul Moda, Ochnik and Villaro. The largest facility within the development is to be Leroy Merlin.
The construction of the shopping park will change this part of the city not only commercially, but also in terms of transport. A new road layout is being built alongside the facilities; it is intended to provide access to the stores and connect the development site with the bypass and surrounding streets.
The opening of Vendo Park Bolesławiec is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026. It is already clear, however, that the development has reached the stage at which the intended buildings of the future shopping complex are beginning to emerge from the construction site.
