The blocks on Bielska Street in Bolesławiec are undergoing a noticeable transformation. Cleaning work is being carried out on the building facades, gradually revealing their original, lighter color.

The effect is particularly clear in photographs taken day by day. The photographs combined on the cover, from May 3, 4 and 5, show how quickly the appearance of the buildings is changing. Where the work has already been completed, the facade is noticeably lighter. Nearby, sections still covered with years of buildup and dirt remain visible, further demonstrating the scale of the difference.

Cleaning the facades is important for more than just aesthetic reasons. Removing dirt, deposits and buildup may help maintain the good condition of the building surfaces for longer. For residents and passers-by, however, the most noticeable effect is visual: the blocks in this part of the city simply look fresher.

The work is being carried out in central Bolesławiec, in a location clearly visible both to residents and to people passing through the city. Some may associate it with the upcoming Bolesławiec Ceramics Festival, although there is no official confirmation that the facade cleaning is directly connected with the event. What is certain, however, is that the renovated appearance of the buildings will improve the aesthetics of this part of the city.

Progress can be followed not only in photographs. An online camera is also available, showing live how the facades on Bielska Street are changing.
