The accident occurred on national road no. 296 near Czerwona Woda, at the level of the Special Economic Zone. The rider of a Yamaha motorcycle lost control of the vehicle on a bend and ran off the road.
After receiving first aid, the man was transported to hospital. Firefighters also worked at the scene, securing the wrecked motorcycle and directing traffic.
Police officers from Zgorzelec are carrying out activities aimed at determining the exact circumstances of the incident.
