The President of the District Court in Bolesławiec published the results of the vote held during the General Assembly of Judges. The vote concerned opinions on candidates for National Council of the Judiciary, nominated under the applicable legal provisions.
The information presented shows that the judges from Bolesławiec assessed a total of 60 candidates. In many cases, the candidates received no positive votes. At the same time, some people received clear support—most often at the level of 6 votes.
The highest number of positive opinions (6 votes each) was obtained, among others, by:
- Karolina Bąk-Lasota from the Katowice-Zachód District Court,

- Sławomir Cilulko from the Białystok Regional Court,
- Beata Donhöffner-Grodzicka from the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście,

Some candidates received individual votes of support or intermediate results—for example, Agnieszka Kobylinska-Bortkiewicz and Dariusz Zawistowski each received 5 positive votes, while Marcin Łochowski received one vote.
At the same time, the vast majority of candidates received no positive votes, which may indicate a lack of support from the judicial community in Bolesławiec for these individuals.
The General Assembly of Judges has an advisory role in the process of electing members of the National Council of the Judiciary. The results of such votes are not binding, but they constitute an important signal concerning the judicial community’s assessment of the candidates.
