Officers from the Police Station in Kruszyn detained a 42-year-old man who failed to comply with a court order and threatened the injured parties with death. The Bolesławiec police command explains:
The man was prohibited from approaching the victims within less than 100 metres and from contacting them for a period of three years. In addition, in 2025 he received an order to leave the premises he occupied jointly with members of his family. The ruling was connected with his earlier abuse of the people with whom he jointly occupied the house.
The resident of Bolesławiec County took advantage of his family’s good intentions. After setting conditions for proper behaviour, they allowed the 42-year-old to use the living quarters during the winter.
Bolesławiec officers: – The suspect failed to appreciate the gesture and once again violated the law, including by making criminal threats against the injured parties.
After detaining the man, officers from the station in Kruszyn gathered evidence that enabled them to bring charges against the suspect. Taking into account the repeated nature of the offences and the need to isolate the suspect from the victims, the prosecutor asked the court to order temporary detention.
The court granted the request and decided to remand the suspect in custody for three months. The police command concludes:
For failing to comply with the court-imposed order and making criminal threats, the man faces up to five years in prison.
