The incident occurred on February 17, shortly before 5:00 p.m., in Łaziska. The scooter rider fell near the roundabout.
Emergency services were called to the scene.
It turned out that the 34-year-old resident of Bolesławiec municipality was completely drunk; he had 1.3 per mille of alcohol in his system.
The man was taken to hospital for examination. Riding a scooter while intoxicated carries a PLN 2,500 fine.
