During a check of the driver’s details in police systems, it turned out that the woman should not have been behind the wheel. The District Court in Lubań imposed on the 34-year-old a one-year ban on driving motor vehicles.
The aforementioned ban remains in effect until October 2026. The officers: – Despite this, the woman decided to drive a car, thereby committing a crime.
The woman now faces a sentence of up to five years in prison.
