As reported by the Municipal Office in Nowogrodziec:
Just a few days ago, we reported on the signing of an agreement with the contractor for the construction of an apartment building on Jodłowa Street in Nowogrodziec. Today, we can report that the project has entered another very important stage.
What has happened? The contractor has officially begun construction work at the site, which means that the project is now actually being carried out in the field.
But that is not all. Municipal officials:
At the same time, the first agreements were signed at the Municipal Office in Nowogrodziec with future apartment tenants selected through the recruitment processes conducted so far.
How much interest is there?
Of the 12 apartments being built in the building, 8 already have future tenants. Four apartments remain available – another recruitment process will be announced soon.
The authorities emphasize:
It is worth emphasizing that the project currently being carried out does not exhaust the plans for the development of residential construction in the municipality. Administrative and design work related to the construction of another multi-family building is being carried out in parallel. The preparatory stage should be completed in the coming months.
They also add: – The efficient transition from tender procedures, through the signing of the agreement, to the commencement of construction work and the conclusion of agreements with tenants demonstrates the high pace of activity both on the part of the SIM Company and the Municipal Office in Nowogrodziec, which are committed to systematically increasing the availability of housing for the municipality’s residents.
