On Friday, June 17, Maleo Reggae Rockers performed at Piłsudski Square in Bolesławiec. The band played its greatest hits, including “Serca nie oszukasz”, “Ostrożnie!”, “Reggae Radio” and “Alibi”. With their energetic music, the group got the audience dancing.

The band played two encores. Among other songs, the audience heard “Get Up, Stand Up” by the brilliant Bob Marley, as well as a song composed to lyrics by Tadeusz Gajcy, an outstanding Polish poet who died during the Warsaw Uprising.

Today, the people of Bolesławiec will enjoy Balkan music. The stars of the evening will be Boban i Marko Marković Orchestra – for 20 years, the best brass band in Serbia, known, among other things, for appearing in Emir Kusturica’s films “Underground” and “Arizona Dream”.
