Glinoludy were an attraction at the Carnival of Cultures for the fourth time. On Sunday, June 12, an exceptionally colorful parade passed through the streets of Berlin, with 90 artistic groups from around the world taking part.

Although the group of people interested in the trip was small this year, for the first time the residents of Bolesławiec did not take part in the competition but were invited as honorary guests.

The Carnival of Cultures has been organized in Berlin for 15 years. The German capital is a city with a large proportion of residents who do not hold German citizenship. That is why an event open to all cultural, religious and social groups of mixed ethnic origin was created here.

The number of carnival participants grows every year. This year, Berlin’s streets filled with a multicolored crowd. As many as one million people may have watched the marching group from Bolesławiec.
