And clarified:
It concerns the area behind the building, which looks terrible. In winter, you can fall on the ice; it is best to go around via the parking lot so you do not fall. When it rains, our courtyard is flooded; the puddles are like a swimming pool.
And noted:
About 10 years ago, if I remember correctly, the parking lot in front of our block was opened together with a playground for children. At that time, the mayor promised to develop the area beneath our block within three years.
He also added: – The neighbors and I have already submitted more than one petition to the Mayor, but apparently it did us no good—they say there is no money
He also added sadly: – The city center is nicely paved all around, but here it is a tragedy.
And emphasized:
Here, opposite the entrance to the staircase, there is a hole that someone could easily fall into and break a leg. More than one car has also fallen into it, damaging the vehicle.
