A key element of the emerging Vendo Park Bolesławiec will be the traffic solutions. The investor carrying out the construction of the facility on Staroszkolna Street is required to build a new road connection with the Bolesławiec bypass (national road no. 94), including a roundabout. The new infrastructure will take over a significant part of car traffic and help relieve Staroszkolna Street, which is particularly important in the context of the multi-family buildings being constructed in this area and the growing traffic volume.

Vendo Park Bolesławiec is being built on a plot of more than 60,000 m² and will be the largest facility of its kind in the city. Earthworks began in the autumn of the current year, while completion of the investment and the opening of the facility are scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026.

As Jacek Wesołowski, Managing Director of Trei Real Estate Poland, reports, construction of Vendo Park on Staroszkolna Street is proceeding according to schedule and is expected to be completed later this year.

The facility's confirmed tenants will include Leroy Merlin, Biedronka, Maxi Zoo, Media Expert, Rossmann, Martes Sport, Pepco, DM Drogerie, Haul Moda, Ochnik and Villaro. The final list of stores will be presented closer to the opening date.
