I declare that during the proceedings at the District Prosecutor’s Office in Jelenia Góra, which the Istotne.pl portal wrote about and whose information was available on the portal from 21 to 28 May 2011, no charge was brought against me. The proceedings concerned a case under Article 224 § 2 of the Penal Code and Article 157 § 2 of the Penal Code, and were not conducted against me. During these proceedings, I was not questioned even as a witness, let alone as a suspect.
