A Reader wrote to us:
A new scam targeting seniors in Bolesławiec! They call pretending to be from MOPS; a nice woman says they are giving simple mobile phones to older people, pensioners and seniors. All you need to do is provide some address details or something along those lines. They will come and teach them how to use the phone.
And adds:
Someone called MOPS, and they do not give out such phones—it is a scam. I am writing to warn others, because someone in my family almost fell for it.
